Is there any commitment involved on the monthly plan?

Our monthly plan comes with no contract. So you may cancel at anytime (in a couple clicks) and we will issue a prorated refund for the unused time of that month — no questions asked. You will never be charged before the 15-day free trial expires.

What about on the yearly plan?

With the yearly plan, you're agreeing to a 12-month period. It comes with a significant discount because we then lower our costs by paying our infrastructure services upfront for the year. If we issued a prorated refund for the yearly plan, we would lose the money that we paid upfront. This is why we ask for an annual commitment. If you'd rather start on a monthly plan, you can always switch to annual billing later on and start paying the discounted rate.

What if I need more than the usage limits?

If you expect that you will need more than your plan provides — don't worry. You can always add users, submissions, or storage for an additional fee. Check the feature comparison table to see how much you'll pay (just hover over the information icon).

What if the price is too expensive for me?

If this sounds like too much, we recommend you try it out for free. Most customers realize in their few days of using it that MCA Pilot pays for itself many times over. Its cost is a small investment that earns a large return from: 1) freeing up your time so you can spend more of it selling, 2) following up with past approvals or renewal-ready merchants that you wouldn't have thought of otherwise, and 3) effectively managing your reps to increase their productivity. Once you're confident in the product, you can always switch to the discounted yearly plan and bring your costs down to a minimum.

Will I get access to MCA Pilot right after I sign up?

Yes. Once you sign up through Stripe, we'll send you an email inviting you to your MCA Pilot workspace. If for any reason you don't see this email, go to the login page and enter your email address to receive another one. Or you can click "Forgot your password?" to reset it. You'll be the admin of your workspace, but you can invite your team to join from Settings > Workspace > Team members > New user.
