How does pricing work?
It's one plan. $499/month covers your first account and the full platform, then you add reps by the seat: $99/month each for users 2–10, $89/month each for users 11–20, and $79/month each beyond 20. The more seats you add, the less each one costs.
What's included in the price?
Everything. There are no feature tiers and no add-on fees — AI underwriting and funder matching, one-click multi-funder submission, auto-parsed funder replies, pipeline and renewal tracking, commission math, duplicate-deal protection, intake forms, SMS follow-ups, e-signature, and the merchant upload portal all come standard on every seat.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 15-day free trial. You get instant access when you sign up, a reminder email on day 8, and you're only charged on day 15. It's fully self-serve, with no sales call to get going.
Is there any commitment on the monthly plan?
No. The monthly plan comes with no contract — you can cancel anytime in a couple of clicks, and we'll issue a prorated refund for the unused time that month, no questions asked. You're never charged before the 15-day free trial ends, and there's a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
What about the yearly plan?
The yearly plan ($415/month, billed annually) is a 12-month commitment in exchange for the discount, since we pay our infrastructure costs upfront for the year — so it isn't prorated for refunds. You can always start monthly and switch to annual billing later to lock in the lower rate.
How many funders can I submit to?
MCA Pilot connects to 16 funders by direct API — including OnDeck, Lendr, Bitty, Credibly, and EBF — and you can submit to any other funder by email straight from the deal. Either way your reps never retype statements or funder addresses.
